Agricultural production is characterized by the seasonality of technological operations, ability to carry out which in a strictly set time depends on many factors external environment and reliability agricultural machinery. The harvest grain other crops combines occupies special place among field works. Operative carrying these works without down grain-harvesting techniques provides minimum losses production. It possible minimize downtime harvesters due technical reasons if enterprise has at its warehouse seasonal reserve spare parts that are great demand during harvesting methods calculation should consider not only some harvester parts, but cost damage extra costs purchase storage. With such large number factors, traditional difficult calculate. development computer technology, evolutionary calculations have been widely used, particular, genetic algorithms allow creating self-adjusting models capable analysing examined indicators for past years, reacting changes current conditions, making short-term forecasts values optimised variables. purpose this research was develop algorithm software will enable us meet from combine harvesters. allowed identify 66 most in-demand items 2800 be reserved season crops. efficiency proposed solutions proved reduction 37% increase their shift productivity 11.4%; same time, index, operational readiness factor, increases 4.38%.
